    Dr James Arpino, aka JAJA, is a Senior Product Manager at Synthace, where he leads the product development of experiment design and planning. In his 8 years at the company he has become an evangelist and expert in transformational multifactorial methods in biology, including DOE.

    Michael, aka Sid, Sadowski is the Director of Scientific Software at Synthace, where he leads the company’s DOE product development. In his 12 years at the company he has consulted on dozens of DOE campaigns in many areas of biology, including assay development, process development, protein sciences, and synthetic biology.
