Device-Agnostic Protocols Using Synthace: a qPCR Example

  • Using Synthace, we executed the same automated qPCR protocol on three different liquid handlers (Gilson PIPETMAX®, Hamilton Microlab® STAR™, Tecan Freedom EVO® 100) and achieved consistent results:

    • Standard curves with correct primer efficiencies (100-103%, R² ≥ 0.99)
    • Comparable Cq values
    • CVs ≤ 1% across technical replicates for different DNA concentrations
